President Clinton announced today the new SCUTR mobility system for the US Army. This new tactical mobility system provides the Army with foot soldier with important new mobility in today's ever changing battlefield. No longer will the foot soldier require tracked vehicles but rather can use the new SCUTR equipment at much lower costs.
